Angiomatous Meningioma

Angiomatous meningiomas, also called "vascular" meningiomas, are Grade I tumors according to the WHO classification. Numerous vascular spaces can be identified in the background of an ordinary meningioma. This variant often coexists with the microcystic subtype.
