Microcystic variant of meningioma displaying meningothelial cells in a loose myxoid background. Scattered bizarre cells with hyperchromatic nuclei are seen. Microcystic meningiomas can be pure or sometimes can be seen in conjunction with the angiomatous variant of meningioma (not shown here).
