Pleomorphic Xanthoastrocytoma

The distribution of pleomorphic xanthoastrocytes throughout the tumor is not uniform. This image consists predominantly of mesenchymal-like spindle cells arranged in a storiform pattern admixed with rare gemistocyte-like cells.
