Myxopapillary ependymoma with a perivascular pseudorosette. The cellular processes of the tumor cells extend centrally towards a hyalinized blood vessel. There is abundant stromal mucin. The most common presenting symptoms of myxopapillary ependymomas are lower back, leg, or sacral pain. About a quarter of patients present with leg weakness or sphincter dysfunction.
