Herpes Zoster

Herpes Zoster (aka Shingles): Herpes zoster in an 18 month old child. The lesions are distributed on the plantar side of the foot along the distribution of S1-S2 dermatomes (lateral plantar nerve, tibial nerve, and sural nerve).
