Intracranial hydatid cyst in a 32 y/o Asian male. There is a large round well defined CSF density cystic lesion in the right fronto-parietal region and insular cortex with mass effect in the form effacement of sulci, compression of basal ganglia, right lateral ventricle and 3rd ventricle, and midline shift.
