Large Cell Transformation in Mycosis Fungoides (MF): Transformation is diagnosed when 25% or more of the tumor is composed of large cells. It is usually seen in the tumor stage but can sometimes occur in the patch stage (as shown here) or plaque stage. Note the epidermotropism.
