Epidermotropism, a histologic hallmark of mycosis fungoides (MF), refers to the propensity of lymphocytes to colonize epidermis. Atypical lymphocytes palisade along dermal-epidermal junction. They can also be present within intraepidermal vesicles (Pautrier microabscess).
