Ovarian lymphomas frequently present at advanced stages. About two-thirds of cases have extra-ovarian spread to pelvic/para-aortic lymph nodes, peritoneum, fallopian tubes, or more distant sites. Involvement of fallopian tube (shown here; higher magnification of the previous image) is seen in almost 25% of cases. Ovarian lymphomas are aggressive tumors with poor prognosis.
