This image shows classic appearance of plasma cells with electron microscopy in multiple myeloma. Bi- or multinucleated cells are common. The chromatin is chunky. There is abundant rough endoplasmic reticulum. The light grey round or ovoid structures in the cytoplasm are Russell bodies.
