CD20 immunostain highlighting the nodularity (Pattern A) in nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL). This architectural pattern is seen in about 75% of NLPHL cases. The nodules are composed predominantly of CD20+ B lymphocytes, CD21+ follicular dendritic cell meshwork, variable number of reactive T cells, with a few epithelioid histiocytes and scattered lymphocyte-predominant (LP) cells.
