Cutaneous Marginal Zone Lymphoma (CMZL) - Morphology : The usual pattern seen in punch biopsies of skin is nodular lymphoid infiltrate in the reticular dermis, frequently extending into subcutaneous fat. Less commonly, the infiltrate is patchy or diffuse. A grenz zone is usually present with sparing of the epidermis. Ulceration and epidermotropism are exceptionally rare.
