Pulmonary MALT Lymphoma - Morphology: The lymphocytic infiltrate consists of small lymphocytes, centrocyte-like cells, monocytoid B cells, a few large transformed cells resembling centroblasts or immunoblasts, and plasma cells.

In this image, the neoplastic, centrocyte-like cells (which make up bulk of the cellular infiltrate) have pale staining cytoplasm, slightly irregular medium-sized nuclei with dispersed chromatin and inconspicuous nucleoli.
