Pulmonary MALT Lymphoma - Morphology: At the periphery of the mass lesions, the neoplastic lymphocytes track along the alveolar walls in a lymphangitic pattern, causing thickening of the alveolar septa. Discontinuous involvement can create a beaded appearance as shown here.
