Intranodal Palisaded Myofibroblastoma

Intranodal Palisaded Myofibroblastoma: The patient was a 41 y/o female with an enlarged lymph node in her neck. Sections showed proliferation of bland spindle cells, foci of recent and old hemorrhage, and fascicles of collagen fibers (amianthoid fibers).
