Extranodal Rosai-Dorfman Disease : Retroperitoneum

Extranodal Rosai-Dorfman disease that presented as large retroperitoneal mass in a young male. The image shows sheets of foamy histiocytes admixed with lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate in a fibrotic background.
