Extranodal Rosai-Dorfman Disease : CNS

Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) of central nervous system usually presents as dura-based, extra-axial involvement of the cranium. Spinal cord or intracerebral involvement are uncommon. The neurological symptoms depend upon the location of the lesion and most commonly include seizures and headaches.
