Extranodal Rosai-Dorfman disease involving breast. This image shows diffuse sheets of histiocytes and scattered lymphocytes and plasma cells. The histiocytes have large oval or round nucleus with open chromatin, single prominent nucleolus, and abundant eosinophilic or foamy cytoplasm.
