Cat-scratch disease usually presents with a skin lesion (3 to 10 days after contact) and enlargement of regional lymph nodes. The patient in this case was a 40 y/o male who presented with a 6.0 cm right axillary mass. He had history of being scratched by a cat on the right arm. The image shows multiple microabscesses of varying sizes (pink areas) in an enlarged axillary lymph node.
