Lung metastases in a patient with adenoid cystic carcinoma arising in minor salivary glands of oral cavity. Lung is the most common site for metastases followed by liver, bone, brain, and soft tissues. Pulmonary metastases may remain clinical silent for long duration. Metastases to regional lymph nodes are less common.
