Image Description

Acinic cell carcinomas (ACC) are round, well-circumscribed, and multilobulated neoplasms with soft or rubbery consistency. They are usually solid with homogenous appearance but may be cystic and contain hemorrhagic areas as shown in this image. Recurrent tumors have less well-defined borders and an infiltrative appearance. Image copyright: pathorama.ch.
