Infectious Mononucleosis - Tonsils: The expanded paracortex consists of a polymorphous infiltrate of large immunoblasts admixed with small and medium-sized lymphocytes and plasma cells. The immunoblasts may be binucleated and resemble Reed-Sternberg cells.
