Bartholin gland is a major vestibular gland located behind the labia minora. Its ducts drain into postero-lateral vestibule. The most common lesion involving Bartholin glands is formation of a cyst. On occasion, hyperplasia (shown here), adenoma, and carcinoma may arise.
