Paget's Disease of Vulva

Vulva is the most common site of extramammary Paget’s Disease. It is considered to be in-situ adenocarcinoma arising most probably from the multipotential cells located along the basal layer of the epidermis. These cells show differentiation along sweat gland lines. The image shows numerous large tumor cells with pale or clear cytoplasm present singly or in small nests within the epidermis.
