Epithelioid Leiomyoma (Plexiform-type) of Uterus

Interlacing delicate cords of rounded monotonous smooth muscle cells within a myxoid matrix. Plexiform leiomyomas detected only on microscopic examination are referred to as plexiform tumorlets.
