Epithelioid Leiomyoma (Plexiform-type) of Uterus

Plexiform leiomyoma is characterized by cords or nests of round cells with scanty to moderate amounts of cytoplasm embedded in abundant extracellular matrix. A transition to typical smooth muscle is sometimes observed.
