Image Description

Adenofibroma of the uterus is a benign neoplasm with sessile or papillary architecture that is usually seen in post-menopausal women. The papillary fronds contain fibromatous stroma and are lined by endometrioid, endocervical, or tubal epithelium without cytologic atypia. Rarely, they may contain adenocarcinoma.
