Mullerian Adenosarcoma

The glands show variation in size and shape and are lined by endometrioid and tubal epithelium. Adenosarcoma arising in the uterine body is generally a tumor of post-menopausal women. When the site of involvement is cervix, the patients tend to be somewhat younger.
