About this Image - Nonatypical Endometrial Hyperplasia (NEH): Simple tubular or slightly irregular glands lined by pseudostratified columnar epithelium resembling proliferative phase endometrium. Note the close packing of glands (gland:stroma ratio >1) and the lack of cytologic atypia.
