Bilateral Brenner tumor with mucinous cystadenoma (same case as the previous image). The Brenner tumor from one ovary is seen at the top. It has yellow-white solid cut surface. The mucinous cystadenoma is seen in the bottom part of the picture. There is a solid yellowish nodule surround by a multilocular cystic lesion with a glistening mucoid inner surface.
