Steroid cell tumors - Immunohistochemical Profile: Steroid cell tumors of the ovary are immunoreactive for sex cord-stromal markers such as inhibin, calretinin, and Melan-A (+ for A103 clone; neg for M2-7C10 clone). Other frequently positive markers include vimentin, CD10, and CD56. There may be focal positivity for keratin, CD99, S-100, and HMB-45. They are negative for FOXL2.
