Image Description

The tumor cells are arranged in small nests here. They are positive for keratin, EMA, vimentin and WT1 and negative for inhibin, S-100 protein, neuroendocrine markers, CD117 and OCT4. This immunohistochemical profile is a helpful diagnostic clue. The DNA content is diploid. This tumor has poor prognosis due to its propensity for extraovarian spread.
