A focus of intramucosal carcinoma in a mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of the ovary. The lining epithelium shows papillary architecture and moderate to severe cytologic atypia. There is no stromal invasion. There were unequivocal foci of infiltrative stromal invasion elsewhere in the tumor.
