Some Krukenberg tumors show a prominent tubular pattern. In this image, the tumor cells can be seen diffusely infiltrating the stroma as well as forming tubular glands. Cases with prominent tubular component and stromal luteinization may be mistaken for Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor.
