Image Description

Microcystic/reticular pattern: This is the most common architectural pattern in yolk sac tumors of the ovary and testis. It consists of a honeycomb-like meshwork of anastomosing spaces and cystic areas lined by flat or low cuboidal tumor cells. These spaces are often filled with basophilic myxoid material.
