Endometrioid Carcinoma

Well-differentiated endometrioid carcinoma of the ovary showing villoglandular pattern. The glandular areas are lined by stratified columnar epithelium. Endometrioid carcinomas make up 10% to 25% of all primary ovarian carcinomas.
