Clear cell carcinoma of the ovary showing areas with papillary architecture. The papillary fronds project from the walls of cystically dilated glandular spaces.They are variably-sized, have a complex architecture and sometimes have completely hyalinized cores (as seen here). Eosinophilic basement membrane material deposits are also present in the stroma.
