Condyloma acuminatum (Low-grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion)

This image shows classic koilocytic atypia. There is binucleation and nuclear hyperchromasia. Mitotic figures are not seen here. When present, they are confined to the lower third to half of the epithelium.
