Villoglandular Adenocarcinoma of Cervix

This well-differentiated variant is seen in a younger age group than usual cervical adenocarcinoma. Many patients give history of oral contraceptive use. Note the transition from benign squamous mucosa to villoglandular architecture with fibrovascular cores.
