Urothelial Carcinoma-In-Situ : Pagetoid Spread

Urothelial carcinoma-in-situ with pagetoid spread into squamous metaplasia of urothelium. The large neoplastic cells are present in the lower portion, covered by normal squamous epithelium on the top.
