Urothelial carcinoma-in-situ. The neoplastic cells have voluminous cytoplasm and highly pleomorphic nuclei. This is an example of large cell, pleomorphic type - one of the most easily recognized patterns of urothelial CIS. Contrast its appearance with normal but hyperplastic urothelium on the right.
