Urothelial Carcinoma - Plasmacytoid Variant

Higher magnification view from a case of plasmacytoid variant of urothelial carcinoma. In rare cases, the presence of an inflammatory infiltrate masks the tumor cells and such cases may be underdiagnosed as chronic cystitis.
