Image Description
Higher magnification of the previous image. Despite the high-grade, the tumor cells show minimal pleomorphism and infrequent mitoses. High-grade urothelial carcinoma would exhibit more pronounced nuclear pleomorphism and brisk mitotic activity. The soft pale cytoplasmic features also support prostatic origin of this tumor. The tumor was strongly positive for prostatic markers confirming the diagnosis.
