Microscopic Features of Inverted Papillary Urothelial Carcinoma, Low-Grade: The tumor has a predominant (>80%) endophytic growth with striking resemblance to inverted urothelial papilloma. The lamina propria shows irregular, markedly thickened cords and trabeculae, large nests, as well as solid areas. The epithelial-stromal interface has a smooth contours without invasion.
