Image Description

Introduction: Inverted papillary urothelial carcinoma, low-grade, non-invasive, has a predominant (>80%) inverted growth pattern and resembles inverted urothelial papilloma at first glance. A variable amount of exophytic component with true fibrovascular cores is usually present. Rare cases show only inverted growth and lack an exophytic papillary component. This and the next two images show low magnification view of several transurethral resection fragments containing the tumor.
