Image Description

Treatment & Prognosis: Inverted urothelial papilloma is a benign neoplasm that is cured by simple transurethral resection. Unlike urothelial carcinomas, long-term cystoscopic follow-up is not needed as the recurrence rate is low (1%-2%). There are no reported cases of progression to muscle invasion or metastatic disease.
