Papillary Urothelial Carcinoma : Ureter

Low-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma filling up the lumen of the ureter. This patient was found to have left-sided hydronephrosis during the work-up of microscopic hematuria. Imaging studies revealed a solid mass in left mid-ureter. The patient underwent left nephroureterectomy.
