Urothelial Carcinoma : Radical Cystectomy

Radical cystectomy specimen from a middle-aged male showing a 2 cm sessile lesion with fine papillary excrescences on the posterior bladder wall lateral to the trigone. Histology showed high-grade urothelial carcinoma invading lamina propria. Surrounding mucosa showed cystitis cystica and cystitis glandularis.
