Image Description

Radical cystectomy performed for invasive high-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma. Papillary tumors are scattered on the anterior and lateral walls and dome. Microscopically, the tumor invaded muscularis propria (pathologic stage T2). The reddened areas near the dome had carcinoma-in-situ.
