Higher magnification of the previous image. Hobnail cells can be clearly seen within some of the tubular structures. Clear cell adenocarcinoma of the urinary bladder is a high-grade lesion. When the diagnosis of primary clear cell adenocarcinoma of urinary bladder is being contemplated, it is important to rule out direct extension from nearby structures.
